The U.S. Coast Guard filmed runaway ships and barges as storm surge and winds from Hurricane Gustav swelled the Industrial Canal. The video also shows scenes of flooded homes and businesses along U.S. 11 near Bayou Sauvage National Wildlife Refuge in eastern New Orleans.
